Effie and I took Patches out for a drive...50 miles.
Effie doesn't care for tire smoke but she doesn't mind a few barks in second gear.
we also calibrated the the speedo to the new 3.70 rear gear.
that Dakota Digital dash is sweet...:thumbs2:

Just doing a few maintenance items in preparation for the trip to the Gathering. I also took the trunk pad, which covers the floor from side to side, and replaced the board and carpet. Much better!

I went for my first 50 mile road test. Drives fairly nice.....but that length of drive gave opportunity for an oil leak to manifest itself. Dripping off the passenger header while driving, and drips off the bottom of the bell housing when stopped, plus the trans pan. I think it is the oil pan; the heads are dry. I drove it today, and it is getting worse....time to fix!

Glad to see you got to get it out on the road, I highly recommend the one piece oil pan gasket from Felpro

Bought a wheel Vintiques 12 series rim, going to get a new tire mounted and use it as my spare. Going to NPD later today and buy the parts to mount it to the trunk floor and a Bag for my new jack...
