Been searching for hours for the seal from heater AC box to firewall. Is there one available ? Anyone know ? Either style ? Thanks
Have you tried contacting these folks? That is too bad, I guess there is not enough demand for them to make? I suppose you could go to a foam shop and purchase a piece of foam similar and make one yourself? David
Use the old one for a ' template ' .. make a NEW one .. the old one may LEAK more now that its been taken out of the vehicle . Shouldn't be too difficult to find suitable gasket materials easy to work with .. ( Scissors , edging knife, etc.) I've purchased ' rolls ' of gasket materials such as ' Cork ' to make gaskets for various parts..I know its hard to find the correct materials .. but it's out there .Just my take opinion. Thanks chip but I don't think I will find material this thick. I think I am going to coat the face of the old one with Fat Mat to seal against the fire wall
Do you have an Industrial Foam Shop in your area? They will have all sorts of different foam products and I am sure they can match up type etc., then you can just make your own. Our local shop even had sample card with all the different types of foam products they carry, was very useful when I had to fabricate gaskets many years ago.......... David
