Reinstall power steering

    I decided to put my power steering back on my 74 mav 302. I have every thing but the pressure hose and the return line my pump uses 5/8s male. then i get lost. I think my problem is that i dont know which is the high port and which is the return line on the control valve. Thank guys

    Line with smaller fitting is the pressure port.

    I got the new return line. 5/8 s fitting from the control valve to the pump with clamp. But i cant find a pressure hose? I for sure have the original pump with the cut off fitting still in it 5/8 male. And also the 3/8 fitting male still in the control valve. Cant find a hose. please help guys

    Rockauto may have them, I found my hoses on ebay.

    Pressure hose is likely two piece, at least mine is.

    All I have is pict of orig lines. Appears both were two piece but replacement return is cut to length.

    I reused my the pump end of pressure line, that one was all but new when I bought car.

    Fleabucket pict, not sure it'll show.
