took the first step to installing the power windows...
opened the pass. side door and looked at the door panel.

step two tomorrow...get tools to remove window crank handle (screwdriver) and armrest (deep well socket).

    step three...
removed window crank and inside door handle.

drilled the holes for the wires going through the door into the door frame. installed the little boot the wires run through.
got the pass. window reg. going up/down.
need to get the glass in and see how it does.

What power window kit are you installing?
I want to put them in another project car of mine (not the Maverick)...

got the pass side installed and working...:thumbs2: need to get door panel and handles on...(pic later).
    the only mod so far...
the window would drop about 1/4" to the front side.
slotted the hole for the equalizer arm about 3/8" down...doing this leveled the glass, now up/down wide open both ways.

    ...:bouncy:...

Sweet!!! It looks like a well-engineered kit. As they say, pay up front for quality and only cry once.

I changed the outside door handle today. I ordered a set of them maybe 3 years ago and said if I ever had the door panel off I would replace it...done.
I have the new inside door handle and window crank I had powdercoated coated black (3 yrs ago) ready to go on tomorrow after I install the door panel...:smash:

Can you control the passenger side window from the driver side without leaning over to push the handle?
