What do you mean by lower, are you referring to it sitting lower for tunnel clearance? Never got around to fitting mine before acquiring the TKO. That behemoth had clearance issues! Ended up reworking the tunnel for it.

Scott Drake perches, bolts spacing is off, need to file the holes so they will drop in and looks like they will need work to clear the welds.

I received the new fuel pump and dug the tank out of the attic, but spent most of the day cleaning the shop to make room for the tool skyscraper

Thanks, it’s a big upgrade from what I had. Doing my best to organize but it’s a heck of a job.

I cleaned the west bay, the picture was standing in the west bay looking east so you’re seeing the side where a tool & parts truck collided.:biglaugh:
My friend is coming over this morning to help put up some steel sheeting on the ceiling...

Finished my Daughters 72 Maverick Power Window Conversions ..Been promising her for 3 years ( finally) Rigged it so the actual stock window cranks are the switches . Looks stock and works well. We've done six cars now and they were all a hit at the car shows. Nothing new on my own 70 Maverick since the new transmission .

took my new float for a road test today. went about 30 miles and it reads about 2 gallons more than I have in the tank.
    on a side note...
my E-fan never came on for the whole trip...avg. temp was around 171 degrees. outside temp was 60 degrees.

Got the KYB (Nissan) rear shocks on. Much better feel, than the Monroe air shocks that were on it. Worked more on carburetor, found PO left a bolt out of #8 port. Major vacuum leak. Worked over the throttle cable mount to actually use the hole.
