    Look and see what rear axle is in your car now. It is a 7.25" or an 8"?

    You will need to replace the entire rear axle then. Not sure anybody makes 5-lug parts for that axle.

    I'm looking online for a good used 5 lug rear end now. That will be the easiest way I believe as well. Thanks.

    15x7 with 4" backspace and 235/60-15 on the front.
    15x8 with 4 1/4 backspace and 255/60-15 on the rear.
