    383 stroker 11:1 compression with a big cam, mainly a track car but will see some weekend driving,, would it be okay to run pump gas?

    No way to tell until you try it.
    Timing will be the biggest factor - and aluminum heads are more favorable for pump gas octanes.

    There is not a "one size fits all" answer to this question as all engines react differently. Even where you are for elevation in CA will make a difference.

    yeah I guess I just have to wait, cause its mainly gonna have the timing on kill with 110 octane, but just wanted to see if anybody has ran low timing on pump gas

    I'm running 545ci with 11.1 comp with Blue thunder aluminum heads on 91 pump gas. 30 degrees total timings. 650hp/650 Tq. at 6000 rpm. 3000 pounds runs 10.00 at 130 mph

    Your cam specs will have a big affect as well.

    you are right and I have a huge duration with a 700 lift.
