Finished pulling my C4. Removed pass side hooker 6901, based on Hotrocks statement that that one comes out easy....and it did! C4 came out easy with that header out....How many times will I do this till I learn?????lol. Time for rebuild and new converter.

Not today but last Sunday, experimented with rubbing compound. I wanted to see how bad I need a paint job. Ran out of compound.

I did a guys piper cub airplane one time (dark green). it had faded out to almost white and when he came out to see it he walked right by it, didn't even recognize his own plane.
also used...close-up toothpaste gel...to polish the plexiglass windows back to clear as new.

I picked up some used 71-73 Mustang parts today, I’m thinking the seats may find their way into the Comet:huh:

Installed a brandy new carb on the 250 and got it tweaked. Puppy runs really great now. Also, installed an AM-FM stereo to do away with the old AM radio. Had a genuine Ford one still squirreled away from the old Mav restos from years ago. Still have to mount a second speaker but it's all good.
