Just bought a 1974 Ford Maverick and I am absolutely in love with it. I had a 1976 back in high school and have always regretted selling it when I went in to the Marine Corps. I was showing my 17 year old daughter what they look like and came across this beauty. I decided that day I wanted it and we drove over an hour to see it. 39k original miles, new tires, no cracks in the vinyl hardtop and the interior is almost flawless. It even has a picture of the original owner standing next to the car.

Looks nice and clean , would be nicer if it had a/c being that your location is St. Louis. There are several people with Mavericks or Comets in your area

That is too cool ! :

... what says Mid-70's Ford (and others) like a White Vinyl top, Big '5MPH Bumpers', Full 'Wheelcovers', Plaid body color seat covers, and enough convoluted fuel/ignition emission widgets to choke out the power from the 250cid anvil of an engine...

Welcome from another one of the 'Class of 74'

Nothing screams macho like a white vinyl top!
