I know many of us want to upgrade our lights to something more modern that improves safety and there are so many options to wade through it's hard to know what to buy. I stumbled onto this company a while ago but they recently put up this video that is all about the size of headlight that we use in our cars. A little long but well worth the watch.
How did I miss that? I guess this is where I start making excuses, I've only been in the parts business since 87!
I took a pic of my ole skool stock headlight to my graphic guy and he printed it on a clear wrap. then applied it to my aftermarket clear leans. not as real as this light but close enough most people think it's glass. I looked but couldn't find a pic.
I converted to H4's a long time ago. Now I have LED bulbs that screw in in place of the halogen bulbs. Plug 'n play.
Don't remember what brand mine were, they're all over evilbay. These are very similar, Cree LED's, 6000K color temperature, fan cooled: https://www.ebay.com/itm/162917979641?hash=item25eeab15f9:g:2jcAAOSwveFcSnrd
Mine are like this but here in PA we're only allowed amber or white lights on the front of a vehicle so I want to put amber LED's in place of the blue city bulbs and tie them in with the turn signals. The ones I bought are DOT approved. Don't know about these. https://www.ebay.com/itm/293639164492?
