When it's finished  (next year, I hope), my 70 will be just driven on weekends and cruise nights.

Mine is finally driveable so I use it occasionally for short distance errands still have alot of work to do on it so I don't push it. It will eventually be a daily driver but not full time since I'll always be changing or adding things, I also wanna find a 4 Door and make a hot rod out of it just to say I did it :D.

I've got two project cars, and if I ever get to them (this HEAT, and no garage....yet) they'll both get used regularly.

Building showcars, restoring old classics, and just owning a sweet old ride is fine, but I dig the drive!! (y)

just got mine running again. i only have about 25 miles on my 351. i've got to break in the engine and do a few more things before its ready for regular street/strip use. for now i just make rubber piles in front of my house. gotta love the sound of open headers, a big cam, and the smell of tire smoke. woohoo! :bananaman:bananaman

Mine is driven to carshows and cruise ins. And sometimes I drive it to work. And sometimes the wife drives it to do errands. She won't drive it on a rainy day because it almost got away from her when she was pulling off from a stop light. i don't even like driving it when its raining. IT WILL GET AWAY FROM YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
An old saying , You can cram all the power in a chevy. But you will never kick a Fords A**.

I'd drive mine more often than weekends and car shows if the motor wasn't so tired with over 160,000 miles!! There's no oil pressure and the lifters are getting noisy. We just found a 351W for real reasonable that's we're getting Tuesday, and I think we're going to drop that in ASAP.

    DAILY DRIVER - '72 Grabber

drive the 72 everyday and I love it! Just got a stereo in her and the windows tinted this summer - so I can cruise with the windows up, a/c on and tunes!

when the 72 has probs, then I drive the '70 - with the slicks on it! Work is only 5 minutes from my pad and I have no street tires for it right now so I risk it. Slicks are pretty much shot anyway.
