Buddy told me about a maverick in a front yard in downtown phx...sittin far back and under a tree, with a car cover over it but...left rear taillight is showing...sure enough my buddy took me over there all original v8 bucket seat grabber...must be a 72 it has yellow grabber stripes, and paint was maybe a a brownish or goldish color...had so much dust on it i couldnt tell...interior looked pretty mintt...BAD PART THEY WONT SELL IT
must be another one of those cars that they are going to restore. 10 years down the road it'll still be sitting there and rotten beyond being restorable.
yea pissed me off...car looks like its been sittin long time...although kept up pretty nice in shade and under a car cover deffintly...just has an inch of dirt on it
Not sure why this keeps smacking me in the head,,,,, 4x4 pick up, tow cable, two buddies, keg of beer at 3 in the morning Drag car with goodies for the needy. Dream over an I wake up!!! It is a shame, keep stopping an BS an see if you cant win them over. Good Luck!
Yeah, found one right here in my home town as well. Won't sell the car, seems they just need to have more storage room. Car is packed with stuff, it is green, kind of like a new growth in spring green, blends right in with all of the other things around it. It is a Grabber though, green with black stripes, big bumper car, a 75 I think, might be a 74. Could not get close enough to tell from a distance, they didn't even want me to get close to it actually. And it has at least two of the aluminum slots on it as well. rk
