    I got there some time that it was dark. We blew a trailer tire on the way down on I-65. No spare of course so then in to town to get a new one mounted. I stayed with my car of course! Then we realized it was getting rained out so slowed down our trip and still stopped by the track just so that we could say that we had been there. Then we went to the hotel to drop off info to John. I talked to John, Matt and Wilbur. And then on to OH. Norwalk went okay. Mavericks were representing very well all weekend. I made it one round and my car kept going faster and faster all weekend so I am not complaining. I am looking forward to Gatherings and Roundups in years to come!
    P.S. If you make up more shirts by the way, I want a medium.

    I would like to say what a good Gathering it was. Not only on Saturday, but going to the museum on Thursday, and going to the Lincoln home and museum on Friday. Saturday was a great day. The weather, the food, and the people made it special. Oh yeah, the cars were cool also.

    sara, we're accepting nomiinations for the place right now. a final decision is to be made next month. so far the only place with a proposal is joplin, mo. anyone with a desire to hold it needs to get ahold of john or matt for the specifics needed. rooms $$$, parking, restaurants, activities and such. :)

    Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
