My bottle has a large threaded outlet about the size of garden hose, maybe a little smaller. There is an intermediate fitting that necks it down to fit the nitrous feed tube.

Anyone have any idea which fitting the nitrous shop will need when I go in to have the bottle filled?

Do I leave it like this in the picture, or take that necked-down fitting off?

And since none of you guys live close enough to help me out, the only help I get is from the cat:D

Don't stone your cat on giggle gas. It may be funny but it's wrong! :naughty:

OK, then disconnect the feed line only and let the nitrous shop remove what they need to. Got it.

So they need the big garden-hosed sized fitting?

I don't know, since I have never gotten a bottle filled yet.

i think the sniper bottle has a different size on its valve than the blue bottles have so your beter off leaving it on. they will usually have a -4 line that they fill with and thats what that addaptor is so you should be just fine.

It appears to be -4 AN, with the adapter on it.

I wonder why Holley makes 2 different kinds of bottles? :hmmm:

i was under the impression that the sniper was susposed to be a budget kit. nos makes several different valves for the top of the bottles. im sure the bottles are just generic 10 lb bottles for industrial use. the different valves have different flow capacitys and that is why there are different ones out there.
