    Take a look ...

On the street scene the car was darting around alot while spinning,:character0182: due to the right rear tire was low on air (found this out when I got home.) It normally doesn`t do that! This was the first trip to the track with the new converter and the cars trap apeed slowed down from 112 to 107mph. also No gain in 60ft.s or E.T. .....converter is going back for Adjustments!

    Great videos

I was enjoying the slower cruising around in the beginning of the clip. I put the video on full screen and it was like I was sitting in the passenger side along for the ride. :D

Great vids. Exhaust has a nice pop to it.
Isnt the mile an hour kind of low for that time?? Does that mean its lost a bit in the top end?? Maybe your conv. adjustment will pick the MPH back up and drop some ET for you.
Car goes as good as it looks.:thumbs2:

Thanks guys, Darren I am really happy with the way the car sounds.:yup: In the first pass the car spins some as you can see. But after that run it hooked well. I`d rather not disclose the name of the converter co. until they have had a chance to hear my feedback from the runs and I give them a chance to "adjust" the converter. I do believe they will get it straightened out for me.

I need to also say that I usually end up running my car in November in the cool night air and these runs were made on June 26th in "hot" air, so I think that affected the MPH some. But what I was really looking for was a NICE reducton in 60ft. times.

    Previous converter was A 3,800 stall : 1.77 60ft
    12.20 1/4 @ 112.3 mph

    New converter is a 4,500 stall : 1.70 60ft. (was a small gain)
    12.22 1/4 @107.72 mph

This converter has a soft hit and I wanted a hard hit. I believe my converter guy will know just what to do once I give him all of the details of how its "acting".

I can hear what you mean with the soft hit. I'm sure he can make it hit as hard as you want.

The exhaust consists of Hooker 6901`s and 3" tubes running through 3 chamber Flowmasters with turn downs. No H or X pipe .

LOL That was the first and only time I have ever needed to lift the throttle like that...But the car had been sittimg for a few weeks and had developed a slow leak in the right rear tire,I knew something was up, so as soon as I got back home I checked them and had 14 in the right rear and 28 in the left:idea:...big No no with a spooled rearend!
Me too Frank I`m really curious to see what your car can do now.
