Just in case anyone wanted to know what the center section looked like on our cars check out my gallery. Maybe I'll do it, maybe it'll inspire someone to do it heres the link:

It looks like it'll take some fiberglass work but definitely doable. I'll have to see how the end caps work

What is the Cobra II Spoiler made of? If fiberglass than you should just be able to shave the center section to contour the trunk, the end pieces are going to be the hardest.. If you do end up doing it i think it will look good.... Considering doing it myself. Post Pics of progress.

Wish you were closer, I'd love to have that Cobra!
I'd think twice before I butchered those Cobra parts. Mustang II Cobra parts are hard to come by like some Maverick parts are. Those Cobra pieces would bring a good price on eBay or Craig's list......

I agree 100%. Those Cobra II's were neat little cars and the pieces are highly sought after. I personally don't care for the look of it on the Maverick anyway, but if you desire that look, I'm sure there are aftermarket pieces available that look similar.

Not as sought after as I'd like. I've had the car listed here locally on craigslist, and lets just say I feel like I've been trying to sell a yugo. Maybe it's just my location.

Here on the East Coast, that Mustang and/or the parts would bring a premium. If you were closer,I'd already be making room in the garage for it.:yup:

I have a friend who's interested in doing a mild resto to the car and then maybe putting it on ebay. So all you east coasters stay tuned.
