I won a trophy at the first car show!

It was just a small show so there weren't any classes - I believe they were all just "people's choice" awards. They gave us 2 tickets when we registered to put the numbers of the cars that we were voting for on them and drop them in the bucket. By the time we went up, they had already counted all the tickets. So I guess its pretty cool to know that the other owners liked the car over a select group of judges hehe.

I can't stand sitting around all day either - although I am trying to get used to the idea. I hate sticking around all day and then being disappointed walking out with nothing I'm glad I waited around this time!

Anyone know where to get a windshield? I had it sealed 2 weeks ago and its got a stress crack in it now. I'm taking it back to the guy that did it but he told me from the beginning that if it breaks then I am responsible for it. Thing is, it took 2 weeks to crack.

Congrats on the trophy! I ended up with a first place for "in progress" with mine last year, shocked me... haven't even finished the primer yet.

Very nice looking car, I really like your paint job, very tasteful but unique color scheme as far as mavericks go... what is the actual name of that purple?
