Is it a Super Bee? Too bad it's not a 2 door post. :)

Being a Coronet, doesn't make it a Super Bee. :hmmm:

I'm not ignorant, my Grandfather owned a Dodge Dealership.
I asked if it was a Super Bee, it could be a R/T, 440, or 500. Of course they are all coronets. Man, you just don't get it sometimes.
Since you know so much about them, you'd think you could tell by the entire front end of the car, that it wasn't a Monaco, doors open or not.

I know almost nothing about Dodge's, but those Super Bees look awesome!

    Oh..so it's not a Super Bee, even though it's a Coronet. :biglaugh:

Nice cars you'll enjoy it, my best friend has a 68 Coronet 500 convertible, beautiful car, spent many hours on long trips in it, loads of room and very comfortable. He had a 68 Super Bee, stripe delete, 2-door post car, but he sold it, I know he regrets it now. Over the years we've parted out another 68 convertible, a super clean wagon. He also restored his brother 70 Sport Sattelite, very rare car, we brought back a rear clip for it from Florida in the early 90's, it was in a magazine.

Enjoy it, it's nice to get a change, you'll be amazed at the Mopar guys...they spend money on their cars.

Looks like a nice solid car, that grill alone is like gold! The bumperettes are pretty rare around here. Mike bought a whole car, just to get some.

the car is pretty solid (from Alabama). has a new trunk pan and lower qt's already installed. ill be putting new floor pans in it instead of patching the originals and maybe a roof skin (vinyl top car).

the trim and such for the car, like the grille, are all in really good shape to my surprise. since it's too good for me to part out, it should turn into a nice driver or possibly a "Bee" clone :D
