1991 mx6 5speed. Aight. This is getting the better of me. Had to replace head. All new felpro. Torqued in 4 increments up to 100fp. Getting oil into the radiator but no water in the oil. Add on a quart every couple hours coolant leak. Wet by the head gasket but not wet enough to be the source. Either I win or Im blowing it apart.

Did you get the head deck re-surfaced...Did it have any pits (corrosion) on the head deck???
Did you use new head bolts???
If you see a coolant leak at the mating surface between the head and block deck...Its probably the source unless its migrating there from somewhere else...
As for the oil...Cracked head/cyl bore or pitted head deck surface near an oil gallery/return not allowing the head gasket to seal properly...

Head is straight out of the machine shop. Mx6 forum is saying cracked block or pinched head gasket. Reason why oil get in coolant but no coolant to oil is because oil pressure is so much higher then coolant pressure.

What events if any led up to needing the head rebuilt.

A series of unfortunate events. 4 miles from the house to get home. coolant line ruptured. Got hot so I shut it off and coasted home. At some point the fan gave out so there was no assist in cooling. In short it got way hot. Toasted head gasket and warped the head. Had to get a head from the machine shop. In short a $500 car is a $500 car.
