Facebook Group?

Has anyone made an official Facebook group for the Maverick/Comet Forum?

 

Personally I'd rather spend my time here.

 

There's no official one, but there are two unofficial ones that I know of:

So would I. There's certainly a lot more going on here.

 

Thanks for the tip. I've searched a bit for them on my phone but it just turned up groups that were all in Spanish.

 

yeah, we have alot of groups here in mexico.
mostly selling parts or posting pics (many of mavericks copied from the internet like the 347 billet from cid...)

 

What would be the point? We were around before Facebook...

 

I also don't facebook, twit, or text. When someone offered to text a picture I thought THEY were confused. Guess it works. Maybe someday I'll understand what a hash tag is. Or not ...

 

I like the Facebook Maverick group I'm a member of. Not a lot of traffic though. Surprised at how many people I've met there don't know about this site.

I like 60s drag racing stuff and there's many group there. 60s Super Stock, Mid-sized Flyers (60s drag racing) and many other racing pages.

 

I gess Im old-school too>> I rarely use Facebook; I cud remove it frm my computer for the times I use it. I don't text and have tweeted once or twice to see if I cud do it. Everytime I go to FB I have friends added to my account/page I have no idea who they are; they are friends of someone else added to my page. I don't like that.

 

I'm with you, Everett. Used to be you could choose your friends.

 

Old school here also, no Facebook. I have friends that text me I do my best to answer but tell them I prefer a call. I dont tweet but I do toot

 

I grew up with this technology, but if i could i would prefer not.
