First off let me say, I love you guys/gals! :)

Now, I had a phone call last night from a member of this board, who is also a member of the MCCI. They called to say hi and ask about the calendars. They wanted to know what month their car was. When I told them their car was not in the calendar, they got real upset and said that was the only reason they were ordering any was cause they knew their car HAD to be in it. I tried to explain why their car did not make it and that hopefully next year they could do a few things different with the picture, but they were undoubtably still P'd when they got off the phone with me. Which for me is really upsetting.
This year I had plenty of pictures sent in (after some pleading on this board) so obviously not everyone can get in. I hope that for those that sent pictures in and did not make the calendar, that you too do not get upset about it.

The only reason I do the calendar is for us. For us to have something nice about our cars that we can display year round. I do not do it to get my "buddies" car picture spread throughout the country. I do not do it for the money. Last year after all the shipping cost was included into the cost, I think I made about $60. Thats not factoring my gas to the post office, the 6-7 hours it took me to coalate all of them and do the finishing. For those on this board that know me, know that I am a stand-up guy that loves these cars and loves the friendship's I have made with people from this board, Matt's board and the MCCI. All I want is to enjoy the family I have in/with these cars. nothing more, nothing less.
For that person that I talked to last night, again....I apologize.

Just so everyone knows, I did not write this for pitty or anything else. I just wanted to let everyone know what was going on and to hopefully get some understanding from that person that knew their car HAD to be in the calendar.

Stefan, sorry for putting this on your board. But I just felt I needed to try and clear things up and I did not know how else to do it.
Thanks to everyone that sent in pictures and that are going to order calendars, I hope you are as proud of them as I am.

Personally, I don't think you need to apologize for anything. You do a great job for next to nothing. Unselfishness never needs an explanation.
