Looks like it's probably a dealer unit as it has no blue/red wire for control(dim) of dial lamp... Black/red is power, if it has a built in fader others will pair up as front & rear...

Correct, to operate fader two wires are run to each speaker, chassis ground not used... I'll look to see if I have a wiring diagram for that unit, be tomorrow at earliest... Appreciate the kudo...
