average age of a mav owner

    so this may be a little off topic and im sorry for that but what is the average age of a maverick/comet enthusiast. i would love to go to one of these club meets but it may be awkward for me as im only 19. im just scared that all of yall could be my grandfather. again sorry for of topic post

    You are probably pretty close with that guess, but age does not matter as us old farts like to see younger generation taking part in something besides a ricer :thumbs2:

    We still remember being young, I think :rolleyes: When I was 19 a 73 Maverick was new

    yeah ive been to all ford meets with some people close to my age in late model mustangs and focuses. i was just thinking that a mav only would be weird. im all for the love and passion and stuff, dont get me wrong

    I would say the average age of a Maverick owner is anywhere from 14 to 84. :D

    I don't know of any car clubs out there that care about age of the person. Just join up and have some fun.

    I was 51 when i bought mine and i felt like i ws 19 untill i discovered all the work it needed! It doesn't matter how young you are. It's just nice to know some young guys out there like this type of car!

    why not meet up with some of the Ga. guys and gals.
    we get together ever so often and do mods. to someones car or just hang out at an eating joint and bench race.
    we did a Toy Run at Summit last weekend...also a Christmas breakfast...:thumbs2:

    Im 43 but I can act 19 quite often!!!! I love talking to young car guys. Well except the Honda die hard we had at work. He got really pissed when I told him I loved hondas also.
    Best lawn mower I ever had.

    Seriously though age means nothing in the car game.
