    do you cut back the insulation and ground the body with the bolt ? is that how it would be factory

    Curtis, the ground tab is crimped on the cable from the factory. That is the body ground.

    is melvins a good place to get the correct battery cables? the picture on melvins site the neg end looks different has anyone bought them for a 6 cyl

    the negative one at melvins doesn't appear to have that tab on it for the 6 cyl , but the 8 cyl set shows it , I will have to call them , unless some one knows

    They are Mustang hoses from Kevin Marti - he sells them direct at his Marti Auto Works web site or through the major parts houses for Mustang parts.
