Chevy taillights on a Maverick?

    Has anyone tried fitting an early 70's Chevy pickup taillight lens , ( 72 ) I think, to our Mavericks? Outward appearance is almost identical.....sorry, I don't have pictures.

    The C10 lights are close to stock which is why I wouldn't even bother with it. If you used the tail and backup it would look weird since they have the curved end on the back up light. My personal opinion, if I was going to swap taillights I would do 69 Camaro. The ones I have seen done look better than other swaps I've seen.

    Thanks Rick....I agree on the 69 Camero lights, but those C10 lights did make me do a double-take!

    Those C 10 lights do look a lot like mavericks, I never realized that. If I were to do a taillight swap I would go with a set of Bobcat lights, I've seen some posts on here with those and I think they look like they were meant for the Maverick.
