I'm going to go to parts store tomorrow and get rest of parts to put rear end in and i don't remember what the thing is called inside the brake drum that leaks. I wanted to get brand new one for both sides. Also about that thing are all the maverick drum brakes the same or will i have to measure something or get any info other then its 5lug drum?

Get cylinders for a 74 Maverick, that's what that rear is out of.
