    The title says Comet and Maverick. I didn't see a Comet in the video.

    You have to hand it to the folks down in Braaaaazil, they are great at modifying Mavericks!!!!!!!

    With subwoofer surround sound too! :yup:

    On my cell so can't link it right now, but if you search youtube for.. '73 mercury comet gt.. you'll find a yellow car drag racing at Byron raceway. Awesome looking and decent running car with a big bore 363 in it. Stripes are layed out choppy looking and i would make it faster but still one of my favorites.

    That would be a cool thread to start for consolidating some of the better videos too. "Favorite Maverick Comet Videos".

    One of my most favorite cars of all time, here or anywhere else for that matter. Is also very similar to how I will model my cars fender flares and front fascia further down the road too. Even had a cool screen saver of its nose pointing out of the garage on my desktop at one time.

    these are my vids. a bit out of the style as the others but a good look at two good mavericks me and my son own. my son has the green 72 and i have the cinnamon 70. once i get my garage done im going to do a seris of vids on my 70 being transformed from stock to a 347 beast. enjoy theze...

    The builder discuss' his personal ideas on making this car more Pro-Touring and still maintain the original characteristics of the Maverick. The suspension brings together the best technology available. Adjustable suspension control heights , large sway bar, big disc brakes, 8.8 differential, coil over shocks, hand built air intake and 5.7 liters of Ford power are just a few of the items. Inside he built a cage and used the Mexican Shelby Cobra Maverick with tachometer going up to 220 km/h .

    He talks about the car driving and handling better then a new car .
