Wonder if I can find someone to swap their Tesla for my Comet?

If my stocks do better next year I'm getting a tesla for drag racing. 100% torque instantly with traction control.

I wonder if he had full charge in battery-batteries for each race and what tires he was running

I'm not sure if this is the same guy but theres many vids by a guy who can probably gibe you an answer. He made several runs on one particular night time video and just killed everyone so theres no way he had time to recharge. Races werent even close.

Also on some British car show I saw months ago it was a tesla vs a 427 cobra. The tesla was gone before the springs had time to fully sag on the cobra on takeoff. Just brutal.

With the range of Tesla, I doubt six or eight 1/8 mi runs drains charge more than 5-6%.

I would think at full throttle drain would be more than 5-6%, still impressive. I watched an electric motor cycle run once I believe it had a 156 mph run, only noise it made was the chain, they should have at least put some cards on the spokes for a little more noise. LOL

The Tesla may have won the race but, by far, the car with more character and aesthetics was the Maverick IMO!
