Silver Springs Florida All-Ford Show, Jan 8th,9th 2011...who's going

    The Silver Springs show is almost upon us again. This will be my 3rd year to make this show and it is awesome! First year I wore shorts, last year my car had icicles hanging down from it...but we still had fun and it was a great show. Not sure if they hit 1000 cars last year but the year before I think they had 1100 plus.
    I'd like to try to get a headcount of who all will be there so if you're going, chime in here.

    I'll have room for a few parts if anyone needs me to bring anything...just let me know.
    I'll start a list of items here I plan on bringing to sell or trade and will add to the list as I decide what else I'll have time to pull.

    70-72 Front Bumper with brackets, nice driver quality
    70-72 Rear Bumper with brackets, nice driver quality
    73 Tan Seat Belt Set Complete F&R for bucket seat car

    I'm thrilled that my older brother, in spite of a bunch of health issues, is flying form AZ to NC and we're going to drive the Sprint to Florida.

    Willy was building hot rods in the early 50s. Think he had at least three '32 coupes. Raced 3/4 midgets and dirt track stock cars (we called them hard tops back then) and Go Carts.

    Hope the weather is not too cold -- he's used to the Arizona desert.

    i will be going this year i already told my boss if i dont get if off he is screwed since i do his auto work and i know where he lives lol all he wants are vids and pics i told him no problem. i dont think the interior will be done i ran out of money since its christmas time plus i am building my 347

    Would you notice if i swap hoods. I want your hood or a shakerhood. also how does the event do parking do all the mavericks and comets park in one specific area or we pick where ever?

    Ummm...like it wasn't cold LAST year!!! If you can survive that one, you can definitely make THIS one! My car had ICYCLES last year!!! :cry:
