Strut Rod question.

I got new bushings for my strut rods that go from the lower control arm through the frame in the front, but I can't figure out which way the new bushings go. I attached a picture of the new bushings for reference. Could someone who has experience with these bushings/strut rods give me some help? Thanks!

 

That picture doesn't show the 2 metal pieces at the bottom of the photo I posted.

After installing that set with one washer in front and other behind(factory had one on each side) and not being able to decide which was best, I ditched the parts and installed a std replacement set from Moog...
