i bent up a fuel supply tube from my pump to the filter. then i re located my coil.
Well not what I wanted to do to it!.....I wanted (and still want too) shoot it!
Actually it was last thursday for me...Installed my Champion 3 row Aluminum radiator in the Sprint.
Today... I purchased a set of 3.80 gears and a trac loc diff for the Sprint.
Installed new leaf springs.
I went to look at it. It will be a few more weeks before I can drive it home
Nothing, I haven't been in the garage for over a week.
I went out and started it then listened to it roar for a few min
not a thing. it's too buried in snow right now to even get to it
I finished wiring up the sequential Caprice tail lights and bought paint for my Grabber cowl hood and spoiler
finished building the batt. tray for my...trunk mounted battery.
drew up the wiring digram for my...inertia switch and in-tank fuel pump.
I ignored it
new fuel filter, and decided to drive her to work, new guys had never seen a maverick before, running like a champ considering she hadn't seen pavement in about 15 years prior to 5 months ago
Well it was yesterday, but I piddled around with my horn and took the steering wheel apart. Should have started with my multimeter since it ended up being the horn itself, but I wouldn't have scrubbed the 40 years of sweat and dirt off the crash pads otherwise.
Then, since I finally got a floor jack and stands, I moved the ground cable I had running between the regulator and battery to have it going from the regulator to the engine block like it is supposed to. (It's half of the original negative battery cable.)
Then I found out I could sand the rust off my turn signal and shift levers and still have some chrome left!
All that's left is the body work, disk brake swap, engine work, new interior, and a paint job!
I walked past it a couple of times looking for bolts to mount for my new(cheep offshore) rotary shear.
I painted my intake manifold, installed the oil pan and put the water seals on the block.
