    Changed the oil flushed cooling system grease job cleaned up bottom side washed exterior cleaned interior insure it for the season tomorrow!

    took out wind shield to remove dash to get to cowl that has rust.

    Most people today don't know what a Maverick is around here. So they look and ask of course, never been called a Vega though LOL

    slow progress

    Welded lower quarter panel, door,fit caprice lights,welded floor,and relocated a/c compressor since I last posted. Any one done a 95 ho motor here? Would love to pick your brain about the wiring I'm about to have to do.:rofl2:

    removed the dash not as hard as a was expecting also removed heater unit got a price to repair torqeboxes and fab the floors was told I do not need complete foors that great news its about 750 for the repairs

    Took it for a 50 mile run around town, just to see if there are any problems. None...this is the most dependable car I own. Love it. Getting ready for a run to Perry Ga. on Sat.

    Disassembled the differential, opened up the new ring and pinion only to find out it was a 8.8, not an 8in Ring and pinion. Now I have to wait till next weekend to put it back together.:cry:

    Today before work I finished modifying my carb. I had to use a hacksaw on the choke horn.... Im still looking for 5/16th line for vent tube extensions. But everything else is ready for BOOST. I also finished the rest of my fuel system. Made all the lines. Then I bolted on the carb hat and smiled :D

    I had a few minutes after that so I finished bolting the hotside together. My Wastegate is now as internal as it can be. Special thanks to levi for that.
