This post is just for fun but I was wondering what is the rarest OE part that you guys have on your cars. The Mav I gave to my son gets a vote for the wiper blades. They have a little curved part in fron and I have never seen them on any other Mav. I would guess that is because changing the blade is just as easy as changing the insert. Anyway what do you guys think is the hardest to find and rarest?

This is easy...like shooting fish in a barrel.

When Mavericks were first introduced and you ordered one.....your name was "branded" into a piece of leather and attached on the dash where the "Maverick" name is. I have only seen one of these EVER in my life. This is the rarest OE part in my opinion.

    Cool.
    Never heard that one!
Maybe someone on the board that does leather type stuff could reproduce them for us on a custom basis. Nice little side gig.

Could you describe the piece very thoroughly or draw a diagram so that we know how they were done.
The part would be a nice conversation piece IMO.
