Temporarily, I think I am going to put manifolds on my new 302 to get it running. Headers can come later. I was wondering if anyone had used 351 manifolds in a maverick. They have better ports and larger collectors, and you can weld the cracks over and over if necessary.:) Will they fit?

Try to locate an early pair ('69-'71)they are similiar to the 289 hi-po manifolds, the later ones are kinda bulky, but they should fit with a 302.(y)

Newer exhaust manifolds won`t work . Because the engin will wedge itself in the shock towers and won`t rest on the motor mounts. Don`t ask me how I know :slap: .
