Has anyone compared the difference? They are not the same, but I wonder if it's just the bushing size? or the bolt size?

I have compared them and it is pretty much just the bushing. But the Mustang ones I had did have a very slightly fatter bolt which made sliding on the Maverick bushing a little tougher, but they went on.

Yes, that looks right at 9/16th for the Mustang and 1/2" on the Maverick bushing. I know I had to really work to get the Maverick bushing onto the larger Mustang bolt but it did go on. Everything then bolted up fine to my new leaf springs.

I swapped my Maverick ones out yesterday, for some slightly longer Mustang shackles. Like Eric was saying, I had to push the bushings on, but a little grease made it easy.
I found my car had settled a little lower than I wanted, so these shackle raised the car 1", way less work than pulling the leafs, and having them re arched :D
