I am going to go out on a limb and say SBF heads. I am going to have a set custom ones made so I would not have to deal with trying to get the steering to fit or to notch a header to clear the rack and pinion set up.

I was just wondering, since spark plug angle can be an issue, depending on the heads, and headers, but if you are having some built, it shouldn't be an issue. (y)

The tfs 11r heads have standard location exhaust ports and spark plugs. So they don't require special headers.

Here is the motor for the most part completed. The distributor and EZ Efi 2.0 set up needs to be put on. I think it turned out nice.

    What are your thoughts?

Thanks for the great comments!!! A lot of thought went into the powerplant. I am happy with the looks of it. I wanted it to look awesome without the massive amounts of chrome. I think the polished look is a good compromise.

I've heard very bad reviews of the FAST EZ-EFI 2.0 .

I think it'll be just fine, if they sucked, they wouldn't be in business. A friend of mine installed one on a similar set up, and it's amazing. Hopefully this motor doesn't rip the Maverick apart. :D

The engine is going to look awesome in your car. Can't wait to hear it run. Been looking at the Fast EFI setup myself and eager to hear some real feedback.
