im sure this has been answered before but i can find any info. can a 275 drag radial fit in the stock wheel without having to cut anything?
I have a 275 60 on my car now. Switching to a 275 50 just because 28s are too tall for my set up. But they cleared with no issues. Alot of street miles and about 15 to 20 passes with the 60s.
I believe you will need an 8" wheel with a 4 1/2 inch back spacing. I run 255 60 x 15 drag radials on an 8"rim with 4 1/4 inch back spacing. No rubbing.
thanks for the all the info. i was planning on running 27's. sixkill i really like the way your car looks could you give more info about it as far as suspension, rear end and brakes if you dont mind.
Believe it or not factory style everything of what you just asked lol. With me switching to 26s I am gunna be lowering the car about 2 inches all around but right now factory height. 6 cylinder springs up front with no coils cut. It's a 73 so factory disc up front and an 8 inch rear with factory drums
Nothing specatular. Unfortunately my car looks way faster than it is. Working on cutting down my 1.9. It's not spinning the tires my car just has no low end.
