still cleaning up some wiring. moved my E-waterpump relay, now the wires can be almost a ft. shorter. going to up size the power wire to the relay to match the wire size from the pump. things I should have done when I first installed it. I'm a...run a wire and see if it's wired right kinda person... then if it works I come back sometimes months/years later and wire it correctly...yes I'm one of these Guys that read the instructions only if it don't work the first time I try it...LOL

My 6901 headers fit, but I couldn't turn left very sharp because the pitman arm hit.

    Nothing :(
But I did help Blink71 install a Unisteer rack & pinion kit on his Comet GT, we’re now figuring out what we need to connect the column to the rack and searching for a AN fitting for the pump.

Tore apart the dash and found this nice surprise after I pulled off the factory insulation. Never seen one rust here before. The bottom is absolutely perfect. 136F0BA9-824B-44CA-BC9B-C673537487CC.jpeg

Found some used 14's so I jacked up the car to take the wheels off, realized that I have 2 different types of rims. Both seems to be magnum 500 style, both are steel rims but 2 of the 4 have chrome on the "spoke" and the other 2 do not.
Also recieved a package from a member on here and found out that all gas caps do not interchange AND neither do the sending units. I now have a NOS gas cap and NOS sending unit that I can not use. Not to the fault of the member, I should have asked more questions and did more research.

Take a picture of your new gas cap and your fuel filler neck. If you like the gas cap just get a new fuel filler, much easier to do than finding a nice gas cap.

My understanding is that since mine is a 70...all the other necks are different. I will snap a pic for the thread.

The last 2 pictures are a comparison of the new cap and the old one that came with the car.

Painted "Magnums" were common in the Granada era, were a popular option & possibly std on some models.

Ah you have a California car... it takes a special gas cap to fit that unfortunately. Extremely hard to find. You can swap your neck to a regular 70 neck if you put in the standard 70 tank I believe.
