small block c-6

    no, I'm not building my own tranny(I got people for that):D

    and I'm pretty sure this engine would puke out a 500 horse c4 in short order. I can get a c6 built to take it for about a third of what a c4 will run, at comparable power levels.

    I would consider changing my mind if someone can show me examples of high horse, high torque cars with the c4 lasting. I dont like to redo things any more than I have too.and by lasting I dont mean a couple of dozen runs.

    I guess I ought to clarify, I'm not talking about a small block in mine either. I figured that was a "known" ,sorry if it mislead since this started as a small block c6 thread;)

    I dont like to say numbers anymore,..it seems to stir up the likes of John Ford and Stephen Moore, they get all nervous for some reason and start acting paranoid.:D

    Ahh... is it for a driver or racer?

    Just Ive seen C4s built for a reasonable price hold that much power
    Either way... C6 IS more durable if both are built with the "same" kit

    I thought you were running a SB also, my fault.

    I personally havent seen any reasonably(to my pocket) priced c4s that hold the power level I'm looking at.

    How much are they running you, just curious....

    Im kinda biases cuz I know a guy that can build em strong cheap :)

    lol cant pass up a good deal..


    I know have a "clue" to what his power level is... and I wouldnt suggest a C4 behind it... I thought he was running 5 or 600 horse..
