I have replaced most everything except for the rollers.
We need to search the boards on this. I can't remember what I posted and what I haven't. The lower seal, ball bearing, roller balls, and rollers can be purchased from most bearing shops. I have the lower bearing seal number (but not with me now). If you need it, I will find it and post it. The other numbers I don't have any more (I haven't rebuilt one in almost 2 years and have since moved). The small rubber top seal I bought from a gearbox rebuilder. It was the hardest to find. I can't remember the name of the business either. They were located in Michigan I think. I can also find this info if you need it.

I have never found a rebuild kit. I had to buy each part individually from several sources. I spent less than $20 on parts. It's a lot cheaper than buying the boxes already rebuilt.

The boxes are fairly easy to rebuild. Get a pan and some paint thinner to use as parts cleaner and take it apart. Make sure not to lose any of the roller bearings and to use grease when putting them back in (to hold them in place). A preliminary adjustment can be done by hand (by feel) and the final adjustment can be done after you get it on the car.

Yes, I did. He's who told me to mix grease and heavy weight oil (like gear oil) to make a "really thin grease". That's what he uses in the boxes he rebuilds.
