    Howdy! :tiphat:

It's almost time for our annual Texas Mini-Meet!

The 2007 Texas Mini-Meet will be held in conjunction with The Heart of Texas Mustang's All Ford Roundup on Saturday September 29, 2007. This year it will be 15 miles west of Waco, TX at the Granite Ford dealership in Mc Gregor, TX. (9 AM until 2 PM) There will be a $20 registration fee for entering the show, and this will include a free goody bag and T-Shirt. They will allow us to have our own Maverick/Comet class if we have more than a couple cars. Registration forms are available online at Registration Form, or you can contact me and I will send you a copy.

Here is a map: TEXAS MINI-MEET MAP

Please let me know if you are interested, so I can get a head count.

I could trailer mine but I will decide as we get closer. Mine has not been running the last 6 weeks. I have been restoring my gas tank. I have not had hardly any time to work on it because I have been the electrician in the construction on my father in laws house. Been working every Saturday since February on it. He is moving in Labor Day weekend so I hopefully will have my car ready to drive.

Interested as usual but will I make it??? Currently I am hard at work getting it ready for the Cruisin the Coast show in Biloxi which I am scheduled to leave for only days later. Ideally this meetup would make for a good shake-down for the long road trip. Gotta get the Gal used to being in the car for extended periods f time anyway. :)

Sorry guys, Wish I knew sooner. We hooked up with a couple of friends from college to see a concert that night (Alice in Chains minus Layne, not sure how well that will go over:huh:). Would cancel if we hadn't already paid for the tickets...

    Hate to miss it...

Two things I wanted to add:

1). You can register at the show. You don't have to mail a registration form. (I asked the President of the Mustang club).

2). They have added a Maverick class to the show! :yahoo:

Lets have a good turnout so they remember who we are!

    Good news, Doug.

I look forward to the pictures. I'm not sure when I'll be back in the States, so it's safe to say that I probably won't be able to make it.

    Enjoy, fellow Texans.

I might make it if money permits. As for the Maverick I am not so sure. I am trying to buy a house right now and money is tight.

You can arrive on foot, too.... no car required! It will be nice to see everyone again! :Handshake:

The meet is only a month away. :yippee:

Just let me know if you can make it so I have an idea of how many will show up.
