Did some paint with your bumper. Chop off the bottom and sides. Fill in below it or make a custom valence.
I am still waiting for a 'big bumper member' to try a set of aluminum big bumpers off a Fairmont Futura... They are way lighter, slightly slimmer, and way smoother.
Oh, no fun. Just save a lot of time and money. It's been proven time and time again that "most" Maverick/Comet guys are very cheap.
Why not just use a '73 bumper if that's the look you're going for? All 3 bumpers in a row: 73, 76, 72 I remember when you started a thread on this. I posted some pictures of a '74 Maverick next to a '79 Zephyr for bumper comparison on it, but I think I've removed them for space reasons.
