14th Annual Indiana Mini-Meet Sunday, September 11, 2011 1:00pm - 4:00pm Arnold’s Drive-In 222 N. 13th Street (U.S. 27) Decatur, Indiana Host: Craig Selvey - Indiana State Rep Our 14th Annual Indiana Mini-Meet will be held at Arnold’s Drive-In in Decatur, Indiana. Arnold’s is located right on U.S. 27 in Decatur. Arnold’s is a true 50’s drive-in restaurant, complete with Car-Hops on roller skates. They also feature an indoor dining room with “themed” rooms from the 50’s and 60’s. For those coming from the south, we can meet at Craig’s house at Noon and caravan together for the hour drive to Arnold’s. Held rain or shine. No car show, just a get-together to talk about Mavericks, but bring your car for a great picture out front of the Drive-In.
I just started a new job - hoping to have time this sunday. Might want to drive up and meet you at you place if I can swing it.
If somebody hosts it. The MCCI can have a mini-meet in ANY state....it just takes an MCCI member to host it.
HUGE SUCCESS!! Had 8 cars show up. Would have had 9 but one of the participants could not get their Maverick started Sunday morning. Our best turnout EVER!! Thanks to everybody that came. Even had a member from Michigan that came down with his family and stayed all night Saturday night. Look for more pictures, names, and info in the Maverick Comet Club International, Inc.
