That is awsome David. You have just moved and already you are busy going to shows and having MCCI Mini-Meets. :D

I have seen the Maverick in the middle before. He came to one of the early MCCI Roundup Nationals in Columbus, OH. It was (and is) a very nice car!!!

Yes, that's right Craig. That Grabber belongs to Harold & Shirley. It is an all original one owner car. He told me I will have fun @ the Roundup. He did go years ago. Is looking forward to be able to go again in the future. The other 70 Maverick belongs to John. He just became an MCCI member. Harold put his sticker on his quarter window @ the meet. See you this weekend...

It was. Glad you could be a part of it. If I recall correctly you won Best of Show. :thumbs2:

    Mercurycruizers,

Sorry I missed the Donora Show. Looks like you had a good turn out there. There is a weekly car cruise every Friday evening down at Mineral beach just down the road from where you are living now on Rt 88 South. Probably about 15-20 mins max from your house. Then there is also one every Wednesday night at a place called Al's Cafe just off East McMurray Road again about maybe 15-20 minutes from your house.
I have actually met John with the 69 1/2 Blue Maverick a short while ago. He stopped by my house one evening and introduced himself, some guys at a local garage had told him about me one day and he crusied over to introduce himself. I do owe him an apology, I was suppose to call him but I lost his number off my cell phone when I swithced to an I phone. I did not realize that you loose your contacts when you plug your I phone into someone else computer that also has and I phone and it wiped out all of my contacts :hmmm:. Technology gets the best of me somtimes.
The other one I have seen on the road but have never met the guy, maybe one day. Let me know if you ever want to go to car cruise at Mineral Beach or Al's Cafe maybe I could crusie over and meet you.

It wasn't actually a mini meet per say. It just turned out that way. I'm not complaining. The more the merrier. The 3 of us just said, hey lets go to this car show. So, we did...

If I know Coop as well as I think I do he will get something organized for you guys to get together, he has done on the west coast and will over there as well.

We already miss him and it is hard to say if the event he got started with the Cougar Club will get many cars to show.

That would be a shame if they don't keep having there Mini Meet with the Cougar Club. It took me a couple of years to get our own category for awards (1st,2nd&3rd place). Ihope they keep it going. Was alot of fun. I'll miss it for sure...
