Its very easy, xjs discs are Chevy stud pattern but with carefull modification on the lathe the stud holes can be changed to Ford, 67 Mustang front hubs fit directly over the top of the discs and longer stud pressed in from the rear of the disc hold it all together. Depending on your wheel size depends on how much you have to machine of the outer edge of the disc.

Maverick drum spindles with Maverick bearings pushed in to the Mustang hubs bring the disc a nice distance from the spindle. Home made caliper bracket bolts directly on to the drums old mounting using two bolts.

Job done! Huge 4 pot calipers :yahoo:

If anyone wants to do it I can always give dimesions and possibly part numbers.

    Regards

    Phil

Its first real outing is at a race track called Oulton Park, This is the first race of the season but I will have tested it hard before that but I have not decided where.

I should be running a camera setup on the first race and will upload via you tube for all to see.

    Regards

    Phil
