Same thing with my Maverick. Personally, I think it actually gives it a bit more of a classical look, which suits the Maverick in my opinion.

I had the same issue when i got my dual escapes, i just asked my muffler to attach the tubes into the tank. it fitted a bit tight but it worked perfectly. ill try to get a picture asap but yeah, it fits; just try to figure how to move the hoses.
