Electric Ignition not working

    http://www.hot-spark.com/ this is similar to what u r running and what im running.... if the coil is good and u put the point back in try the condenser and did u try check to see if u had fire at the points hint if u get fire at the points but not out of the coil and the coil is fine its the condenser

    Thanks Guy's finally got it running tonite. We put a new coil in and the new ignitor and it's running.

    And it sparked straight away. We changed all but 1 spark plug due too it not budging and worried we broke it off completely

    So not i just need to get it tuned and then start cleaning up the engine bay itself before moving onto the rest of the car and figuring it out

    Balls joint's and alignment next but alot people say it's such a pain just take it in and get it done

    I think by neighbour as he know's he'll end up helping me.

    So would you guy's recommend spraying penetrating lube or wd40 into the 1 spark plug that won't come out

    I don't see where putting penetrating oil in the plug area will hurt anything. That's what I wud do and let it soak overnite. Also, I use anti-seize compound on my plugs when I install them. I don't have any issues removing them "iron heads".

    Ok so i got the electronic conversion done and it's working but I was going to replace the spark plug wires but the connectors are different (I know this is a stupid rookie question)
