Took out all the power steering except the cotroll valve.. Going to need a puller for that and I can't find mine for some reason.. Then just got to wait for the manual steering to arrive from Marco, then ill head to the blaster and blast it all, powder coat and install it.. Other than that I haven't really done much.. Thinking of making a set of headers though if I get this engine back together before November.

Oh, and got a set of m/t et streets.. Nice and narrow, all in the wheel well.. Didn't like the whole idea of getting Rock chips from the wide slicks.

Finally, after 7 years, had the leak fixed on my rear axle. Not a bad leak....just a drip, drip, drip all the time. Enough to leave a sizeable puddle. I didn't feel like messing with it, so I took it to the local shop. They have a hoist, know how to set the pre-load, etc. All the stuff ones needs to know to set-up a rear end. It was leaking out the threads around the pinion nut. So far, no drips. Now I feel safe driving it to the Indiana Mini-Meet this Saturday.

Tried once again to bleed the brakes, all four corners, r rear first and so on, when you pump the pedal, it has brakes, open bleeder and out comes clean fluid no bubbles at all, got done with all and when you hit the pedal, to the floor it goes, all new rubber lines, no leaks, pump it it has brakes release then hit the pedal, to the floor it goes! ordered new master cylinder (third one, not reman. new) will install Saturday after bench bleeding, last time before I shoot it with a tracer round! :thumbs2: :biglaugh:
If I don't get brakes this time, my next step is to cut a hole in floorboard and do the Fred Flintstone thing.

I'm going through this same problem with my CJ 7 I'm on my third master cylinder, 2 remans one new. All new brakes all the way around and all new rubber and some metal lines, just ordered a proportioning valve because mine was corroded so that might be the problem, if you get yours fixed please let me know what you did I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure this problem out

Had to get a new HP hose for my A/C in the Mav. Connector broke, let all the gas out. Nice to have the breeze box working again!

Mostly assembled the 306 that'll hopefully I'll get installed by the end of the month... Plan is to run it on a friend's test stand but he has it tied up at the moment with a 390 built for a '62 T-Bird... If the old FE proves out, should happen next weekend...

If you changed calipers this MIGHT be your problem. A friend had the same problem. We bled and bled and still no brake pedal. In his case, he installed the calipers on the wrong sides. The only difference between the left and right calipers was the position of the bleeders. Calipers have to be mounted so the bleeders are at the TOP of the calipers.

If that's not the issue, you might buy a pressure bleeder something like this. [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Motive-Products-Bleeder-Chrysler-vehicles/dp/B000TYJEXG/ref=sr_1_3?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1379079707&sr=1-3"]Motive Products Power Bleeder Fits late model Chrysler vehicles : Amazon.com : Automotive[/ame]

You could look around for one that works with your master cyl or mod a spare cap to accept an air fitting.
