G'day to all the members. I own A 1973 Maverick 302w aod auto 9inch rear, I shipped it from New York to Sydney in April 2013 ,its a great little car. I have only ever seen 1 other Maverick in Australia ,if any one else has 1 I would like to know. thanks all.

How's it going, I haven't seen any mavericks over here, have heard of one that was around Alice Spings I think it was, back in the 80's. I have seen a couple of comets like mine, there was one at last years power cruise in Sydney or Brisbane, saw it on youtube.
Welcome mate. I'm a brisbane maverick owner. I've had mine for a couple of years now, got mine from Texas. They are an awesome power to weight car. I just got my engine back in. It's now 347 forged bottom end, alloy heads and a few other goodies. I hope you enjoy your mav as much as I do mine. Ps don't tell your mates cause they will all want one too!
