ya have to take out the lower dash peice,the radio is hooked to the upper dash by 3 screws that you'll see after the lower dash is outta the way
Sounds like you need to do alot of tuning with the bottle,on .30 with a 150 is not good,my budddy went from a 13.30 to a 10.40 on a 175 shot
